January 2012: The Subaru of America's grant cycle is open, and perspective grantees are treated to three "impact stories" of past grant recipients, including the 2011 New Jersey Youth Policy Summit! Check out the mention, and photo, here.

November 2011: The USGBC's Center for Green Schools Blog wrote an entry about our 8 NCSSSMST alumni who came to USGBC to present their YPS policy recommendations. We are so proud of our students, and the article. Here it is!

October 2011: The Birmingham News gave a shout out to our 4 Alabama School of Fine Arts alumni who came to D.C. in October to present their YPS findings! Read the clip here.

Fall 2011: Liberal Arts and Science Academy student Ashley Long wrote about her peers who attended the 2011 National YPS program in her school newspaper, The Liberator. Download the full story here.

July 2011:  The Kalamazoo Gazette knows good news when they see it! Read their article on our Kalamazoo YPS program titled "Michigan students discuss future of the Great Lakes at Youth Policy Summit at WMU" online here.

The Maine School of Science and Math highlighted the experiences of the five students they sent to YPS in the MSSM News. Read the story here.

Ohio's STEM Learning Network's newsletter, STEMscape, ran a story about our YPS program on energy innovation in Ohio. The story, "First year Metro students recommend policies guiding Ohio's energy future" highlights the students' final policy recommendations, and be read online here.

On February 1, 2011, Keystone staff traveled to Birmingham, AL to accept the Educator of the Year Award from the Cahaba River Society for our 2010 Local Birmingham YPS program. We are extremely honored to receive this incredible award, and look forward to our 2011 Birmingham program! For more information on the awards, please visit the Cahaba River Society's website.

The Western Herald featured our 2010 Michigan YPS program on energy innovation! Read the article, titled "Panel of experts discuss energy policy at Fetzer Center" here! The Birmingham News ran a story on our 2010 Alabama YPS program and highlighted what students were learning about water resources in their local area. The article, "Alabama students learn about water conservation during summit" can be accessed here.

Ultimate Woodlands, a neighborhood section of The Houston Chronicle highlighted a team of five students who attended our National YPS program and learned about energy innovation. The article features quotations from student and teacher participants, and demonstrates what this team of students learned from the experience. The Colorado Health Foundation included our National YPS program in their 2008 Colorado Health Report's list of Promising Initiatives for Healthy Adolescents. See the full list here.
