Watch out California, YPS is back! We are so excited to partner with the Conflict Resolution & Peacebuilding Program at CSU Dominguez Hills and bring YPS to Los Angeles. This program will focus on energy innovation, and is open to students from across the country who want to gain the understanding and skills necessary to tackle the national energy crisis. As energy use continues to rise, the need for a balanced, sustainable energy portfolio that considers economic, environmental and social equity concerns is becoming essential. Students will explore energy production across the portfolio, from renewable sources to nuclear power to fossil fuels, and focus on how to best manage for diverse future energy demands.

Students will live on campus in dorms, along with YPS staff and student Resident Advisors. They will also benefit from the expertise and knowledge of CSU's Conflict Resolution staff, and have a chance to learn about the university's academic programs and campus life. We are looking forward to taking advantage of the LA sunshine to do lots of games and programming outdoors on CSU's campus.
